Registration is open October 20 through March 26. Space is limited so be sure to sign up early!

Please make sure to register to the correct team. HYL offers boys and girls teams for the following levels:
U11 - for players in 3rd and 4th grades (2nd grade by permission);
U13 - for players in 5th and 6th grades;
U15 - for players in 7th and 8th grades.

**PLEASE NOTE: Players must be a member of USA Lacrosse to participate in HYL. During the Harwood Youth Lacrosse registration process you will be asked to provide the players USA Lacrosse Member Number. Membership is valid for one year. How much does it cost to play?
For the 2023 spring season the fee is $100 for the U13 and U15 levels, and $85 for the U11 level. 


What do the players need for equipment?
Boys
Players need a helmet, shoulder pads, arm pads, gloves, and a stick. Mouth guards and cups are also required. There is a lot of used equipment that is available locally that can be more cost effective, including some loaner equipment from HYL. We have full equipment sets (minus helmet) as free loaners for all U11 participants. 

Girls
Players need a stick, lacrosse goggles and a mouth guard. NOTE: Boys sticks and girls sticks are not the same. We have full equipment sets (minus helmet) as free loaners for all U11 participants. 


Is my child too older to start playing lacrosse?
We welcome all new participants, especially at the U11 and U13 levels. It's never too late to start!


Is there financial aid available?
Yes. Please contact us if you need financial assistance. 


Why I am getting an error when trying to register?
Please make sure that all information provided during registration matches the information used during the USA Lacrosse registration. Information must match identically for a successful HYL registration.
